Hello! I am a passionate community builder and have loved supporting my community for over 25 years in thresholds, transitions, birth, loss, death and grief.
I am a Certified Bodywork Therapist, Yoga Teacher, Full spectrum doula, Somatic Therapist, Ecstatic Dance Guide, Grief Walker, Celebrant who officiates weddings and funerals and Energy worker..
I believe in community care, collective liberation and creating safer spaces 1:1 and in groups for us to be held, experience embodied release, digest life, crumble, liberate and love harder.
I have been creating and sharing retreats based in reclamation for over 17 years and it is a joy and privilege to collaborate with you all.
